The speed of compute

Our goal is payment decisions at the speed of compute: software checking who gave permission, what a task allows and whether a payment is within its limits.
That describes the decision, not settlement. Identity checks, risk reviews, payment networks and receiving institutions still affect when money becomes available. A quick decision must still respect your permission and the checks a payment requires.
