Trust at Poza

Useful money needs trust.

Security means more than a reassuring label. It means checking identity, limiting authority, keeping records and explaining what protection applies. These are the principles behind Poza.

01

Know who provides the service.

Poza is a financial technology company, not a bank. Financial services may be provided through regulated partners where required. The provider, eligibility and terms depend on the service and country.

Read the terms presented for a particular service before using it. Do not assume that every balance or product has the same protections.

02

Make permission explicit.

The web app places card limits, permitted uses and activity together. Available controls depend on the card programme. Our planned assistance experience follows the same principle: you should understand a financial action before approving it.

03

Understand what is being checked.

Account access can require identity, security and eligibility checks. Requirements vary by service and country. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used, and how to contact us about your rights.

04

Tell the present from the possible.

Poza is opening access in stages. Investing and Ask Poza are in development. Product screenshots use sample or sandbox data; they do not guarantee that a service is available to you.

Our longer-term research includes underwriting payment risk and working with partners on protection for authorised payments. This is a direction we are exploring, not an insurance policy or a promise that losses will be covered. Any future protection would have its own provider, eligibility, terms and exclusions.

05

Have somewhere to turn.

For account questions, product questions or privacy requests, write to our team. Never send your password, card security code or one-time sign-in code by email.
